We are witnessing delay in delivery operations due to lockdown and curfew restrictions. Both Prepaid and COD orders are being delivered as per the guidelines of respective state governments. Orders from state of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh shall be shipped only after delivery of non-essential items is permitted in the respective states.

1) Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.
2) Exchange accepted if customer wants to exchange the dress with different dress of similar or higher value. (We do not give free shipping for exchanged dress, however, original product is sent by customer at their own expense.)
3) Return not accepted if customer does not like the Color of the dress. We try our best to ensure exact colors as shown, However 5-8% variations is unavoidable due to light effect.
4) Return not accepted if customer is not satisfied as we commit to deliver what we have displayed and for the prices we have charged is the best possible.
5) Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
6)ANY SMALL ISSUES LIKE TASSELS PULLED, AS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN DURING TRANSIT OF THE PRODUCT. YOU CAN EASILY FIX IT.
7) One time exchange is only accepted.
Returns are accepted ONLY IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT, then the person should inform us within 2 days of delivery, & The item should be dispatched back to us within 4 days after delivery and only after receiving the garment you will receive an email with the voucher code which you can redeem while placing the new order.
Any product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pickups & the second round shipping is half paid by customer as mentioned above.
If a product is wrongly delivered to you, please send it back to us as we don’t have reverse pick up facility, we will refund your courier charges. 6-8% Color difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes must be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country. Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India. Please do put in the note and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Fabrics are as delicate as they are rare. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
In order to know live status of your shipment, you have to enter your email ID while placing the order and you shall start receiving updates about your order over mail from our courier partner. IF you have any choice regarding preferred courier partner, you can let us know by comments while placing the order.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or Whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied within 5 banking days. We request customers to share Paytm or Google pay details for fast processing
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do a check with your bank or credit card provider regarding the status.
